Raw materials
The pan head is made of first-hand aluminum and rare metals through natural gas reverberatory furnace for smelting and blending It is made of 7018 series aluminum alloy, and the middle tube of the pan head is 6082 series stretched and extruded tube. Most of the above are ordinary cast pipes -
Forging
The pan head is forged with an 8000T forging press, which is more than twice as strong as the ordinary pan head on the market. (The tensile strength of forged pan head is 380-420Mpa, the tensile strength of cast pan head is 175-180MPa) -
Heat treatment
Each disc must undergo 12 hours of high-temperature heating and aging treatment to enhance the mechanical properties of the disc and reach the maximum strength. -
Welding
The pan head adopts friction stir welding equipment used in military and aerospace industries, and the welding position exceeds the strength of the base material by 30%, which prevents the pan head welding from breaking due to high yarn tension. -
Smoothing
The pan-head smoothing uses an imported CNC lathe, and the pan-head finishing turning is completed at one time to ensure the precision and surface finish required by the pan-head. -
Oxidation
Our company has been approved for pollution discharge permits in 2008, and is currently the only company with a license in the local industry. Each pan head has a fixed oxidation time of 90 minutes to ensure that the thickness of the oxide film on the surface of each pan head can meet the standard.
